Welcome to the continuation of the Radio Rehab show that ended in 2015. After being the broadcast hostess of Radio Rehab, it struck me that people appreciate hearing real stories from real people. And, in 2023, there are so many new and magnificent platforms and opportunities to hear real stories. I’m excited to bring back this medium and use my web site to launch it. Each show will be an interview focusing on health, wellness and faith. The word SOBER has many meanings. Mainly, to be sober-minded means to be “watchful”
We are all guardians and see a life to be embraced and grateful for. Experiences in life can and do challenge that. SOBER PLANET will be about all that and how to be sensible and sober in all our affairs. Enjoy! Comment! And please, be my guest!
